I thought gotoco was a great way to do teaching abroad and its nice to have a secondary person to talk to about things, it made the whole process a lot less tense for me. I also liked the 3 weeks working and 1 weeks trip as it felt like a nice round off to the month.
I had a great time volunteering with Gotoco. The school I was placed at was very welcome and made a big effort to make sure we were immersed in the culture and looked after. Gotoco also provide an orientation week and end of trip programme which is really helpful to get to know everyone. The trip provided some great memories and enabled me to meet similar interested people from around the UK.
I did the 8-week rural Thailand programme and it was an amazing experience. I met so many wonderful people and learnt so many skills that I will take forward. The programme has given me a lot more travel independence and I am so grateful for the opportunity. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to teach and travel.

Would highly recommend Gotoco to anyone wanting to take the leap and explore outside their comfort zone.
