Important update:25/07/2024
For programmes starting after 31st August 2024, our funding will have run out! There is currently no further full funding (e.g. for flights) in place.
This means that in order to participate, you will need to fund additional costs as below;
•your pre-departure costs (e.g. flights, visas, vaccinations, insurance, etc) on all programmes.
•you will also need to self-fund your TEFL certification training and programme support through paying a fixed fee of £1,400 per programme (regardless of duration).*
•*It is important to our mission to still offer some completely fee-free programmes. We expect these to run in the summer in China and year-round in India. All other projects will require the fixed fee.
Please note that the £1,400 programme fee is a discounted fee for the dates currently listed on our website as we transition from funding after 1st September. Programme fees may increase in 2025, and we will update this on our website once programme dates for 2025 are confirmed.
Please also note, this is very recent news. We are in the process of fully updating the website and all marketing materials and informing participants of replacement programme plans. With best wishes, The Gotoco Team.
We will be in contact with all applicants who have requested a specific programme before the end of August to offer alternative plans.
